We are in the process of bargaining our first union contract. All UArts Bargaining Unit Staff are encouraged to support and observe this process by attending Open Bargaining!
The more staff attend each session, the stronger the message we send the UArts administration: staff care deeply about the health of this University, and we need respect, stability, and accountability through a strong union contract to be able to best serve the students & university community.
